Structural and development planning is an important process for the academy in order to define its own priorities and goals within the university.
In the structural and development plan 2022 to 2026, the academy describes its strategic goals in research, studies, teaching and administration, as well as in the areas of internationalization, equality, digitization and climate protection. Based on the previous structural and development plans, the profile was further developed and the requirements updated with regard to the changed social challenges. The essential guidelines for strategic and organizational development for the next five years are laid down.
