Painting Techniques

The painting techniques workshop delves into the nature of color, encompassing its chemical, physical, historical, and psychological facets. Both historical and contemporary painting techniques are taught through a combination of practical and theoretical instruction. Students are provided with the chance to grasp the intricacies of priming diverse painting surfaces and gain a foundational understanding of paint production. Furthermore, the workshop covers a wide spectrum of mediums including egg tempera, oil paint, watercolor, gouache, and acrylic paint. Additionally, techniques such as airbrushing, spray painting, and gilding are introduced and explored

Access regulation
During the opening hours, the workshop for painting technique, is available to students of all departments for independent or supervision of their artistic projects. For this, a prior appointment is required.
