The exhibition programme accompanying the course of the academic year with recurring presentations, such as the popular Open Studios for the summer exhibition in mid-July or the annual exhibition in the pre-Christmas period, are also aimed at an audience interested in art.
The Tuesday series with lectures by artists or art scholars or the event formats sponsored by the Riemschneider Foundation are all open to the public. Academic conferences are aimed at a specialist audience, but are nevertheless open forums on thematic focal points.
In addition to the academy exhibitions, the artistic classes appear from time to time with class projects at external venues and provide insights into their artistic practice.
