The Senate

The Senate is the central governing body of the academy, elected by its members. Representatives from all member groups make decisions on matters of fundamental importance related to teaching and studies, artistic practice, research, artistic development projects, and continuing education, unless such matters are legally delegated to another body or to specific departments.

The Senate Members consists of Voting & Advisory Members by Virtue of Office (Rectorate), the Equality Officer, elected Voting Members, Professors, Academic/Other Staff, and  Students/Doctoral Candidates.
