University Council

In addition to the Rectorate and Senate, the University Council is another governing body and organ of the Kunstakademie Karlsruhe. The University Council assumes responsibility in strategic terms, decides on structural and development planning, and proposes measures that serve to raise the profile and increase performance and competitiveness. It supervises the management of the rectorate.

The University Council of the University has seven members, four of whom are external persons who are not members of the University.

The University Council consists of External Members, Internal Members, and Advisory members.
