Workshops

In its four teaching buildings, the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe has more than twelve workshops. These are managed by technical members of staff, who are responsible for the overall running of the various forms of craft practical work. Each workshop is, in addition, under the artistic supervision of a professor.

Following an introduction to the technology in question, standard sample tasks allow students to acquire the knowledge enabling them to subsequently realize their own personal artistic projects.
